Dr. B.R Singh is a M. Com. (Business Administration) Gold Medalist – breaking all past records) from Banaras Hindu University and MBA in HRD & Corporate Strategy from University of Leeds UK. He acquired his Ph. D in Corporate Planning from B.H.U. He has received Advance Behavioural Training at NTL, USA and has visited most of the prestigious Business Schools in Europe and USA. His core competencies inter alia include Organizational Designing and Restructuring, Manpower Planning, HR system development and implementation, Performance Management System – Design and Implementation, Headhunting of Top and Senior Management Cadre, Corporate Strategy formulation, Turnaround strategy – Formulation and implementation, SWOT analysis – Corporate Appraisal, Team Building & Team Working, Thorough exposure to inter-functional linkage in management and ability to integrate the different management streams into a functional mode, Management Systems Development. He has a luminous career with reputed industries like; Ispat Group as Director-HR, Lloyds Group as Executive Director-HR, Reliance Group as Dy. Chief Executive–HR and RCF as Head– Management Development Division & Corporate Planning. He is visiting faculty to a number of prestigious business schools. He has handled a number of overseas assignments. Dr. Singh has been conferred with Fellowship by Indian Society for Training & Development for distinguished contribution to HRD Profession in India. He has also received Distinguished Alumni Award from Banaras Hindu University. He was National President of ISTD in 1987. He has also been conferred with Life Time Achievement Awards by SIES College of Management & GRID Foundation. He also has to his credit a number of publications including large number of research papers and has prepared training manuals and work books for over 2500 training programmes and seminars.

Dr SHAILENDRFA SINGH is MBA from Pune University, Dip. Training & Development from ISTD , New Delhi – Gold medalist at all India level and Ph. D in from South Gujarat University. He has 20 years of experience in HRM in Large size organization. He has worked in Trident Group as President HR , Vedanta Group as Head & VP - HR for Aluminum Business. Earlier he had worked with Ispat Group, Lloyds Group and Reliance Group at senior level. His field of specialization is HR System Development, Senior Management Sourcing, PMS, Training, Organizational Development & Change management.


Dr. Jha is postgraduate and Ph.D. in psychology. He has worked in IIT-Kharagpur as Head-Humanities. He also worked in IPIL, Pune as General Manager (HR). He is well experienced in different areas in Organizational Behaviour. He has guided 5 Ph.Ds, research projects. He has specialization in PMS and competency mapping.

Mr. Vinay M Deshpandey is a postgraduate in Management and has been intensively trained in India and USA. He had a long innings in Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers in Marketing and Corporate Planning. He had also worked as Vice President and Head of Marketing division in Deepak Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd. His field of specialization is Strategic Management, Corporate Planning, Marketing Management and CRM.

Principal Consultant

An accredited Business and Executive Coach, she has 3 decades of rich and varied professional experience in Human Resource Management, of which 21 years with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. She also served as Vice President HR in Ispat industries Limited. She specialises in Organisational Development and Training/Learning, Change Management, Performance Management, Competency Assessment, Coaching & Mentoring. She has obtained Masters in Psychology from Delhi University and has attended training programmes abroad.

Principal Consultant

He worked as Director-HR, CB Richard Ellis South Asia Pvt. Limited. He also worked with Public Sector Fertilizer Industry for 28 years and headed HRD Division of National Fertilizers Ltd. He holds Masters Degree from University of Lucknow and is qualified Internal Consultant and Trainer from University of Leeds. He is associated with professional bodies like Indian Society for Training & Development, DMA, AIMA HRD Network, Forum for Productivity and Indian Institute of Public Administration. He was conferred with Fellowship by ISTD. Areas of Strength: Manpower Planning, Organizational Behaviour and Performance Appraisal.
